We're not into the idea of perfect fairytale weddings. We prefer them messy and real. But I have to say, there was something quite magical about Lucy & Sean's wedding in the South of France. I think it was something to do with being in the warmest of company, in the most beautiful of settings, on what felt like the starriest night of the summer.

This was one of those weddings where it feels like you're with old friends. Sean & Lucy are pretty much the soundest people you could ever meet. You can see it in the photos. But I'm gushing now. Suffice to say - top wedding, top venue! It was in Chateau de Lacoste - you should check it out for all your French chateau needs!

When Kelly & Jenny realised their wedding was the same date as Glastonbury this summer, they decided to give it a run for its money. And so the Glassonbury festival was born (it was at the Wineport Lodge in Glasson! 😂).

It was a really moving day. A celebration of a love story stretching back years, from when Kelly and Jenny first met on a school trip to the Gaeltacht, through years of friendship and falling in love... Cue much happy sniffling from family and friends...

Jenny is a DJ on RTÉ 2FM's amazing Electric Ballroom and her show with Nicky Byrne, so I don't know why I was surprised when an EPIC party kicked off in the evening! These photos still make me laugh out loud.

Ursula & Jonathan's Cinema Wedding in the QFT, Belfast

It's been a long time since we've shot a good old Belfast city wedding. And Ursula & Jonathan did it so well...

The wedding rule book was chucked out the window for this one, and we're so happy that it was. Ursula and Jonathan's day was a beautifully crafted, totally unique and personal experience. One with family and friends right at the centre. And, seriously, so much craic.

The guys made a short film, reading emails to reconstruct the early days of their courtship, and screened to all their guests before Ursula made her entrance. Brilliantly executed by Magic Chair, whose video of the wedding itself is definitely worth checking out. Props to Grace and Saviour, stylist extraordinaire, too.
